Volt Storm operates as a 100% standalone, self-contained application. All gameplay progression, including cleared lightning stages, Overcharge Rank metrics, Volt Upgrade Lab tiers, unlocked Storm Trophies, audio settings, and support ticket logs are stored exclusively on your local device via browser localStorage under the key volt_storm_save_v1.
2. Zero External Data Collection or Telemetry
We do not collect, transmit, rent, or sell any personal identity information, geolocation coordinates, device identifiers, contact lists, or behavioral analytics. The application initiates zero third-party tracking requests and embeds no external advertising SDKs.
3. In-App Support & Rating Storage
Support tickets and 5-star application reviews submitted inside the Settings & Legal Hub are processed strictly inside the local application sandbox for diagnostic logging and user reference. No external emails or remote server transmissions occur.
4. Data Security & User Control Rights
You retain full ownership and control over your local save state at all times. You may inspect or permanently erase all stored records immediately using the "Reset Local Storm Progress" button located in the About & Help tab.

1. License Grant & Scope of Use
Subject to these Terms of Service, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Volt Storm for recreational arcade entertainment on your compatible mobile device.
2. 100% Pure Skill Arcade Simulation
Volt Storm is strictly a physics-based high-voltage chain-lightning arcade game. All in-game currencies ("Golden Volt Bolts"), Overcharge Ranks, and Storm Trophies are fictional progression mechanics with zero real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or transferred.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All visual artwork, Royal Purple and Lightning Gold interface styling, custom HTML5 canvas particle shaders, synthesized sound effects, and source logic inside Volt Storm remain protected intellectual property. Reverse-engineering or unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.
